Residential Snow Removal

The following is a copy of our agreement to provide snow removal service.

You can select the text and print or request to have a form mailed to you, so that you can request the snow service by reading, signing and submitting the form, with the payment.

Snow service 2015-2016

Rate: $ 250.00 per month. December 01 to March 31. (4 Months)

We service a limited number of homes; please reserve your service early by mailing signed form with 2 post dated cheques in the amount of $500.00 each, dated Dec 01, and Feb. 01 .

Maximum number of service calls in the season: 20

Additional service calls: Unlikely to be needed, but if necessary each extra service call will be charged at $75.00 per service call.

Service Delivery: We regret to inform our customers that this service is not meant to clear the snow in the early morning.

Service is provided between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, not including holidays, after a snowfall has completely stopped. Maximum one snowfall serviced per day.

Service is provided when there is an average snowfall of 1 inch or higher and up t o8 inches. This contract does not cover blizzard dig outs. We will service all our costumers after a blizzard and service homes at $50 an hour. This applies when there are large snow drifts and it will be impossible to simply plow your driveway.

If you the customer provide salt we will do one application of salt at the time of clearing the snow, however, this agreement does not cover ice, because ice cannot be shoveled or machine blown, customer is responsible for salting areas to control ice, as he or she deems necessary. We do remove ice dams and de ice and roof snow removal as a separate service call, not included in this snow plow agreement.

Hold Harmless Clause:

The customer agrees to hold harmless Kelly’s Team RI, llc. and its employees, from and against any and all liability, claims, judgments, attorney’s fees and costs, of every kind and nature, including, but not limited to, injuries or death to persons and damage to property, arising out of individuals walking on surfaces serviced by Kelly’s Team RI, llc and its employees.

I have read, understand and accept the hold harmless clause.
